Epsom and Ewell Health Walks
Epsom and Ewell Health Walks (EEHW) is run by a group of volunteers and offers a programme of health walks throughout the Epsom and Ewell area. EEHW is affiliated to The Ramblers Association Walking for Health programme. This is a national network of short, group health walks that are delivered by local schemes.
What we do ...
The walking programme is ideal if you are new to walking or recovering from illness and want to get fitter gradually without doing strenuous gym exercises or keep fit classes. Walks are suitable for all levels of fitness, and ages.
All walks have been risk assessed and are led by a trained walk leader. A back marker is provided to ensure that no-one is left behind
Its a great way to make friends and meet new people.
For more information about EEHW see our Information pages.
Walks are free of charge.
Where we go ...
Walks take place at several different locations throughout Epsom and Ewell and the surrounding area including Epsom Downs, Oxshott Heath and Horton Country Park. We use footpaths and open ground where possible.

Monday 1⁄2 hour - suitable if you are recovering from an illness or are not so fit.
